On 21 January 2025, Swift proudly launched Swift EmpowHER: Celebrating Women in Logistics, Breaking Barriers with the Iron Women Initiative, an initiative dedicated to honouring and empowering women within its workforce and the logistics industry.

The event, held in Port Klang, was officiated by Yang Berhormat Puan Anfaal Saari, Selangor Exco for Women Development and Social Welfare, alongside Mr Loo Yong Hui, Group CEO; Mr Loo Hooi Keat, Group Advisor; and Datuk Noripah Kamso, Director. The launch gathered over 100 participants, including key senior management members, heads of business units, and women employees representing various departments from all regions.

A key highlight of the event was the graduation ceremony of Swift women pilots from the Iron Women programme by Volvo Trucks Malaysia.
The launch of Swift EmpowHER marks the Group’s commitment to rolling out more initiatives under the Swift EmpowHER brand, further reinforcing its dedication to fostering an inclusive and empowering workplace for women.
