Receiving, storing and managing
online retailers’ goods
Retrieving goods from storage, packing them into parcels and labelling the parcels for delivery upon confirmed orders from online buyers
Managing the last-mile delivery of parcels to online buyers’ designated addresses
We utilise our Warehouse Management System software (WMS) to streamline our e-fulfilment services, managing tasks such as inventory optimisation, efficient retrieval of goods, and label printing. Our WMS seamlessly integrates with the e-commerce platform or online retailer’s sales system, automatically receiving instructions for picking and packing parcels upon completing sales.
Parcels designated for delivery within the same region are consolidated into consignments, picked up by third-party courier service providers responsible for the final delivery to buyers. These courier services are enlisted by e-commerce platform operators or online retailers.
Currently, our e-fulfilment services are operational at our SLC Warehouse in Port Klang, Selangor.
