On 20 March 2025, Swift Group embraced the spirit of Ramadan by donating and lending a hand to three welfare homes in Selangor, helping with their daily needs – especially with Syawal around the corner – through its SwiftKasih initiative.

The day kicked off at Rumah Perlindungan Safiyyah, Alam Budiman, where the team handed out essential supplies, festive treats, and duit raya to 26 children, along with a hamper for the caretakers. The next stop was Pertubuhan Amal Rumah Melor, Meru, where 16 children received essential items and duit raya, adding to the joy and spirit of Ramadan at the centre. Puan Nor’aini Muhammad, Senior Manager of Group Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality, represented Swift in delivering aid to both homes.

Later in the day, approximately 20 Swift volunteers, led by Puan Noraini and Mr Mohamad Shahir Aman, Head of Group Continuous Improvement and Integration, handed out 200 packs of bubur lambuk to residents of Bukit Kerayong, Kapar.

The highlight of the day was a special iftar for 15 children and their caretakers at Pertubuhan Amal Dan Kebajikan Anak-Anak Islam Tersisih Selangor (PAKATS), Kapar. These children require ongoing medical care, relying on regular medication and specialised support to manage their health. Mr Shahir also represented the Group in handing over donation items to the home, helping to make Ramadan a little brighter for them.
Ahead of the programme, Swift launched a Ramadan Donation Drive among its employees, encouraging a culture of giving. The contributions went towards buying extra essentials for these three homes.
