The warehousing services that we currently provide to external
customers comprise the following:

Storage of goods

We provide warehouse storage services to store, handle and manage our customers’ goods. All our warehouses are ambient temperature facilities for storing general cargo. We provide bonded and non-bonded areas, offering flexibility for customs requirements. Our Westport Warehouse, located in the Port Klang Free Zone, ensures duty-free storage for dutiable goods.

Leasing of property

We leased a warehouse and open yard to a customer who is an associate company namely BLG Swift for the warehouse building, open yard and general facilities.

Operations and management

We offer comprehensive warehouse operations and management services, covering day-to-day functions such as receiving goods, inventory management, storage, retrieval for delivery, and general warehouse upkeep. Our services include providing personnel, including management, administrative, and general workers, who operate and maintain material handling equipment like forklifts and hand trolleys. We seamlessly integrate our customers’ information and communications technology platform for efficient inventory management.

E-Fulfilment

Catering to e-commerce platform operators and independent online retailers, we manage the entire process, from receiving and storing goods to packing, labelling, and last-mile delivery.

We also carry out the following value-added functions in support of our other logistics services at our warehouses:

One of Swift’s subsidiaries – Hypercold Logistics Sdn Bhd is the sole comprehensive cold chain facility in Sabah.
