Mr Chakrit Keeratipish was appointed to the Board as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 14 November 2024.

Mr Chakrit Keeratipish commenced his professional journey with SCG Group in April 1993. Over the course of 18 years, he held diverse positions within the organisation, serving as an engineer, planning and analyst professional, as well as a distribution manager for the cement, distribution, and logistics sectors. In December 2011, he became the Overseas Business Manager at SCG Logistics Management Co. Ltd., a position he held until July 2015.

From August 2015 to December 2022, Mr Chakrit Keeratipish served as the Regional Supply Chain Manager at SCG Cement-Building Materials Co. Ltd. Following this role, he was appointed as the Integrated Cross Border Business Director at SCG Logistics Management Co. Ltd., serving from January 2023 to September 2023.

From October 2023 until the present, Mr Chakrit Keeratipish has been the Senior Vice President of ASEAN Island Countries and Taiwan Business at SCGJWD Logistics Public Company Limited. In this role, he oversees all SCGJWD Overseas Business operations in ASEAN Island Countries and Taiwan, driving both revenue and profit growth. He is responsible for providing end-to-end logistics solutions and enhancing network connectivity among Thailand, ASEAN countries, and China. Mr Chakrit Keeratipish also manages the business partner portfolio in strategic markets like Indonesia and the Philippines and is expanding the business into potential markets such as Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan, as well as developing logistics networks in key areas to facilitate regional connectivity.

Mr Chakrit Keeratipish holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in 2000 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) in 1993.

He has no family relationship with other Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company.
