On 13 March 2025, Ms Gloria Wong, Head of East Malaysia, delivered aid on behalf of the Group to six members of the East Malaysia team who were severely affected by the significant flooding in Bintulu, Sarawak, earlier this year.

Through the SwiftKasih initiative, the Group provided direct financial assistance and essential supplies to help ease the burden on those impacted. A donation drive was also organised, giving colleagues the opportunity to come together and extend their support during this difficult period.

 
While this assistance may not fully resolve the challenges faced, the Group hopes it brings some relief and reassurance as the affected employees work towards recovery.
