We operate eight container haulage yards to support our container haulage services. These yards, essentially paved open areas, serve as parking spaces for idle prime movers and trailers. They also function as temporary staging areas for containers.

Our container haulage yards in Butterworth and Seberang Perai, Penang, are equipped with workshops dedicated to the maintenance of our commercial vehicles.

Group Central Command Centre

Our comprehensive facilities and operations include a Group Central Command Centre situated in Port Klang, Selangor, dedicated to overseeing our commercial vehicle fleet throughout Malaysia.

The centre operates 24/7, managed in three 8-hour shifts. All our prime movers, trucks, and vans are equipped with monitoring and wireless transmission devices capturing real-time data on speed, idle time, harsh acceleration and braking, location, route, and fuel level.

Safety features include a panic button for drivers in emergencies. The public can report incidents involving our vehicles through a hotline, directed to the command centre. Information gathered is analysed for various benefits, including corrective actions, driver training, compliance with speed limits, location tracking, route adherence, estimated time of arrival, response to emergencies, and monitoring vehicle conditions for planned maintenance.

Emergency Response Teams (ERT)

Our Group Central Command Centre not only oversees the daily operations but also directs our Emergency Response Teams (ERT). Currently, we maintain four ERTs, strategically placed in each of our four regions in Peninsular Malaysia. Each ERT, equipped with a pick-up truck and tools for basic repairs, operates 24/7. These teams, directed by the central command centre, provide on-location assistance during breakdowns and accidents.

Swift Haulage Portal

Our command centre integrates with the Swift Haulage Portal, tracking customers’ Transportation Requests (ROT) from initiation to container delivery. This portal, accessible remotely to our authorised customers, ensures real-time information on the status and location of their containers using fixed or mobile devices.
